I love oatmeal in the morning for breakfast and usually I eat mine with a little maple syrup and dried tart cherries. Today I got the brilliant idea to add bananas and peanut butter! I mean, seriously, who doesn't love bananas and peanut butter? Ok, well maybe some don't, but I do and it was great!
Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal:
1/2 cup 1 minute quick oats
1 cup water
Splash of milk
1 banana
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 tsp. brown sugar
1. Cook the oats and water in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
2. Stir and add a splash of milk.
3. Top with a sliced banana, the peanut butter and brown sugar.
4. Stir and enjoy!
